Before starting Hillcrest Builders Tod learned the business working for Kingsway Homes and Mastercraft Builders. Tod’s involvement in sales, marketing as well as residential land development served him well in the structuring of Hillcrest Builders in these areas. Prior to this, Tod worked for 12 years in New York City as the Regional Mid-Atlantic sales representative for Hartmarx and Burberry of London. In his free time, Tod enjoys hunting, fishing and horses as well as many other outdoor activities. Tod is active in charitable causes, including the founding of two very successful chapters of Ducks Unlimited and starting the Turn 3 Café at the internationally known Road America racetrack where all proceeds go to charity.
